Bonus entry: Repost the official Black Friday giveaway graphic from @griptsport to your Instagram story and tag @griptsport. Keep it up for the full 24 hours and you get 1 bonus entry. Reposts of other posts don't count. Limit 1 bonus entry per person.

Free entry (no purchase necessary): Use the free entry form on this page. If you don't see it, send a message through our Contact page with your full name, email, and the words "GIVEAWAY ENTRY." Limit 1 free entry per person.

Winners are drawn December 1, 2026 and notified by email or Instagram DM.

Official rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. GRIPT Sport (griptsport.com).

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state). Entrants under 18 may enter only with permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must accept any prize on their behalf.

3. Entry period. Begins November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends November 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

4. How to enter. (a) Purchase entry: each completed order earns 1 entry per full $10 of product subtotal, before taxes and shipping and after discounts (for example, a $27 subtotal earns 2 entries). Orders that are cancelled or refunded lose their entries. (b) Instagram bonus entry: share the official Black Friday giveaway graphic posted by @griptsport to your Instagram story, tag @griptsport, and leave the story up for at least 24 hours during the entry period. Reposts of any other content do not qualify. GRIPT must be able to view your story for the bonus entry to count. Each person may earn 1 bonus entry, whether or not they also made a purchase or used the free entry method. (c) Free entry: submit the free entry form on this page, or a message through the Contact page, with your full name, email address, and the words "GIVEAWAY ENTRY." Limit 1 free entry per person. Incomplete, automated, or fake-account entries are void.

5. Prizes. Four (4) prizes: Grand prize: GRIPT Essentials Gym Bundle (approximate retail value $60). 2nd prize: GRIPT FW26 Oversized Hoodie (ARV $46). 3rd prize: GRIPT Magnetic Gym Bag (ARV $27). 4th prize: GRIPT Silicone Palm Protectors (ARV $15). Total ARV: $148. Sizes and colors are subject to availability. No cash or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Drawing. On or about December 1, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select 4 winners from all eligible entries. One prize per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification. Winners will be notified by the email used to order or enter, or by Instagram DM from @griptsport for bonus entries, and must reply within 7 days with a shipping address, or an alternate winner may be selected. GRIPT will never ask winners for payment or passwords. Prizes ship free to US addresses.

8. Publicity. Sponsor may post winners' first name and last initial on its website and social media.

9. General. Sponsor may cancel or modify this giveaway if it cannot run as planned. Winners are responsible for any taxes. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, Shopify, or TikTok, and entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability. Entrant information is used as described in our privacy policy.

10. Winners list. For winners' names, contact the Sponsor through the Contact page after December 8, 2026.
