We want you to love your GRIPT gear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns: We accept returns within 20 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at griptsport@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
